Airfloat is pleased to announce the addition of MyPetro Engineering as a distributor of Airfloat air film (or “air caster”) material handling equipment. Based in Selangor, Malaysia, MyPetro is a supplier and service provider to the burgeoning Southeast Asia oil and gas industry. The company distributes stainless steel for Finnish steelmaker Outokumpu, industrial valves for Chinese manufacturer Capra Valve, and personal protective equipment for U.S.-based MCR Safety. MyPetro also provides training, project management, engineering consultancy and other services to market leaders like Petronas, the Malaysian government-owned oil and gas giant.

Jason Stoecker, CEO and President of Airfloat parent company Align Production Systems, says, “We are proud to be associated with MyPetro Engineering and consider them a great addition to our global distributor network. They have a wealth of experience in the procurement and sourcing of oil- and gas-related products for the Malaysian market.”

“Company management has strong ties with ExxonMobil Malaysia, Nestle, Murphy Oil Malaysia and other great companies,” Stoecker continued. “MyPetro will provide comprehensive support to Airfloat customers in this emerging part of the world.”
