Airfloat pneumatic scissor lifts are carefully engineered for optimum
performance, strength, durability, and safety in lifting 2,000 to 6,000
pounds. The cross arms and rollers, both top and bottom, are solid steel. There is a capture track for both upper and lower rollers. The toe kick-plate helps prevent worker injury. Welded structural steel shapes provide tough, reliable, and safe lifting. The foot control provides hands-free control of the air pressure, 60-85 PSI at 30 CFM.
Pneumatic Lifts and Tilts
For lifting and tilting 2000 to 6000-pound
loads, Airfloat pneumatic tilts are bolt-on or stand-alone. Safety
features include a toe kickplate, two up-stop chains per
actuator, a safety prop for maintenance of the tilt, corner
retainer angles to hold the container in place, and a solid
steel enclosed base pan to protect internal components. Quality
construction provides years of reliable service: cross
arms and rollers, both top and bottom, are solid steel. There
is a capture track for both upper and lower rollers.
Pneumatic Lifts and Rotates
This entirely pneumatic Airfloat design can lift 2,000 to 6,000 pounds with easy foot control. The toe kick plate and optional safety skirt aid worker safety. Optional corner locators and friction brake add to this versatile design which will speed production and reduce worker injury.
Zero Lifts
This 3,000-pound-capacity lift allows a pallet jack to roll right onto the
deck (half-inch steel plate) from the shop floor. The Airfloat safety locking bar stops the deck five inches from the floor in event of air pressure loss when the deck is in the raised position, 36-inch lift stroke.
Pneumatic Tilt Tables
Airfloat Pneumatic tilt tables, bolt-down or stand-alone, lift 2,000 to 8,000 pounds. Safety features include built-in maintenance prop and corner angles to hold the container in place.
Mechanical Rotate Tables
A 4,000-pond-capacity lift table with rotating top reduces the risk of operator injury by positioning parts more accurately from each layer of dunnage in the container, due to the variable 24-inch lift. Medical claims for back injury were reduced.
